Built on 20 years of empirical data from the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership, The Index offers the only national, normative dataset for benchmarking across a broad spectrum of demographic groups and for assessing program impact. Senior Impact Fellows and Impact Fellows will play a critical role as we transition 20+ years of evidence from the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership into an engine for increasing access, quality, and resourcing of youth leadership programs nationally.
